Register for a "Job Readiness" workshop & prepare to interface with hiring managers at EXPO!
Boot Camps will focus on effective resume writing and interviewing, proper business etiquette and attire and mock interviews and
be held at JOB1 in New Orleans. Space is limited. Early registration is encouraged.
o 4-Day Boot Camp on October 7-10th – already underway
o 5-Day Boot Camp on October 9, 10, 11, 14 & 15th from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.-
o One-day intensive on October 11th from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. –

Register for a "Resume Writing" workshop to receive tips and tools for the interview process before the EXPO!
One-hour workshops on October 14th AND October 15th.-

Registrants will have the opportunity to sign up for resources provided by nearly 30 local institutions and NOLA FOR LIFE partners including information on skills development, apprenticeship programs, social service offerings and access to employment that does not require more than a GED or High School Diploma.
The NOLA FOR LIFE Jobs & Opportunity Expo is sponsored by NOLA FOR LIFE, the Office of Mayor Mitch Landrieu and the City’s Office of Workforce Development, along with Goodwill Industries and the federal Office of Probation and Parole. Partnerships with the Louisiana Office of Corrections, the Regional Transit Authority, JOB1 and numerous NOLA FOR LIFE social service partners have also helped to make the EXPO possible.
