Knowledge of rough/form, rough frame, interior build-out and hardware install. Should be able to safety operate carpentry power tools. Ability to read commercial blue prints is a plus but not required. Duties will be but not limited to framing of decks and walking platforms (must be able to cut stair stringers), install manufactured as well as stick build forms, (experience in finishing concrete a plus), install blocking during interior metal frame stage and hang accessories related to the blocking specs, install commercial door frames-doors and hardware.
