Responsible for supporting the store locations goal of meeting or exceeding the sales Annual Operating Plan targets. Assists with maintaining a safe and clean store and a service environment that delivers quality work on time to the customer. Assist with training and developing service department associates to keep their vehicle knowledge and safety information up to date. Ensure that parts are in stock, the equipment is functioning safely and within compliance guidelines.
