Implement the "Safe Haven" approach that recognizes the importance of support and engagement to residents dealing with homelessness and mental illness/substance abuse. Work with the team in providing a supportive and therapeutic environment to assist residents in stabilizing their lives during their residency at Womanspace Louisiana. Provide life skill and educational sessions. Medication monitoring. Ensuring health and safety management. Perform general cleaning duties to ensure sanitary and clean living environment. Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed. Office tasks as assigned by Unit Director. Attend Clinical and Staff meetings.
