The Utility Worker responsibilities are to perform manual work in maintaining a clean and orderly food service operation. Work involves thorough cleaning of equipment and facilities to conform to proper sanitation standards. Incumbent will assist with preparation and cooking of meals in the absence of the Cook. Assist in maintaining storage areas and completing the physical monthly inventory. Assist in the maintenance of a perpetual inventory system.
