Duties: 
The Maintenance is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and orderly environment in and around the facility. The Maintenance staff person reports directly to the ADHC Program Manager. This position requires the skills necessary to communicate with all other personnel. The Maintenance staff person is responsible for the general upkeep of the facility.
Experience: 
3 years of maintenance experience and an acceptable accident/violation motor vehicle record (as determined by insurance carrier)
Education: 
High School Diploma or Equivalent
