In order to support NOLA FOR LIFE participants as they navigate parenting and seek to develop healthy relationships, the Health Department is launching a Fatherhood pilot using the Parents as Teachers (PAT) curriculum. This will increase parental knowledge of their child’s emerging development and age-appropriate child development, and improve parenting capacity, parenting practices and parent-child relationships.
